It was our hands that were the weapons in yesterday's class. And although my shoulders feel like sharpened blades today, there were no actual Samurai accessories at our disposal. sigh
I was just as worried about whacking MYSELF in the nose! :)
So glad I shared that experience with you!!!! (The gym and the classes and the super-scary, I mean super-fit, instructor. Not the potential nose-whacking.)

Tonya has a wooden practice sword from her akido days she might let you borrow!
I had to promise Alexis I wouldn't whack her in the nose - that sword would have surely made the promise more difficult to keep :)
